STEP #1 Contact Brenda for a Free Estimate

Call, text, email, or use the online form. We'll identify it and walk you through your options.

STEP #2 Drop Off Your Media Locally

Bring your tapes, reels, or photos to our Winchester, CA location. Your memories stay local, not in a warehouse two states away.

STEP #3 Receive a Written Estimate

Before anything begins, you get a written estimate: item count, cost, turnaround time, and delivery method. No surprises. No pressure.

STEP #4 Real-Time Digitizing & Transfer

Your media is processed in real time not bulk-batched through an automated system. Each tape, reel, and slide gets careful, hands-on attention.

  • Clean, organized file naming
  • Best possible quality based on original condition
  • Blank footage removed when possible (free of charge)

STEP #5 Delivery

Choose your delivery method. We'll coordinate pickup, drop-off, or ship a USB/hard drive. Your files are also securely stored for up to 5 years.
